Professionally, I'm a national yoga and meditation teacher and local yoga studio owner.  In 2008 I was profiled in Yoga Journal's “21 under 40 article,” where I was honored as an inspirtaion to American Yoga. -  I also have a Masters degree in East/West Psychology; I offer self transformation and self fulfillment programs to individuals and groups.  My focus is the integration of Internal Family Systems theory with Classical Yoga, and Tantric Hatha.  I'm blessed to teach and coach so many amazing individuals and groups.
